1. Collection of Personal Information
Parklands Group collects your information mainly when you contact us to inquire us about our products and services or make a booking with us. This usually includes your name, contact details, email, physical address, travel requisites, arrival details, and referral source. For vacation lodging, guests receive a secure contract via Adobe Sign to share their passport & cédula information safely as well as a link for their arrival and departure information to help Parklands prepare to meet guests needs and offer options they may freely choose to use or not.
Parklands Group’s vacation lodging is considered temporal residential rental and Homeowners associations require foreigners and Costa Ricans alike to submit their passport/cédula information as part of the rental contract process before arrival. Parklands Group may solicit & gather this information to be shared exclusively with the administration team of the homeowners association and the security team in order to prepare for the arrival of new temporary tenants. This is for the reason of common security, safety and well being of the condo community. For vacation rentals, upon the submission of information, you give consent to Parklands Group to use your information to process your booking and create security passes and welcome packs (when applicable) in an accurate and professional manner. Any deliberate hesitation of supplying personal information when booking Parklands Group services could result in cancellation of the Parklands Group services already offered.
