Are you planning on having friends, family or business colleagues?
Day visitors do not use beds, showers or washing/drying machines and your lodging agreement outlines potential violation consequences. This form is to be filled out by the contracted client/guest.

We ask you to supply everyone's names and give us more details of your plans. This is for everyone's safety, prevention of robbery or future robbery, community living violations, complying with complex administration and security requests, and to prevent unfair wear and tear of condos and overuse of utilities and amenities).

Due to varying sizes of condo, and varying complex security rules and procedures, there are different limits of guests that applies to each condo and complex. While staying, you are like a resident, so thanks for respecting community regulations for the purpose of safety, stability, tranquility, and well being.

Parklands needs this request at least 24 hours ahead of the planned visit/s. For each new visit/visitor, please fill out a new form.

Parklands will email you confirmation when approved and contact the security officials in the complex where you are staying to give you clearance and give you any ideas on the easiest way to bring your visitor into your condo.
